Accepted File Types

• If you are attaching a logo or clipart

here are the accepted file types in preferable order.

1. Cdr. (Corel Draw File)
   
2. Eps.
   
3. Pdf. (Editable Adobe PDF)
4. Any Other Vector Format
5. Highest Possible Quality/Resolution Bitmap Format (Jpg, Bmp, Png)
6. We will do our best to clean up any files you send free of charge

Keep in mind, the higher quality file you attach, the higher quality finished product you will receive.

 If in doubt, attach what you have and we will do our best to make it work.

if the file attached is unusable,

 we will use our resources to try and find an alternative file online or in our library If we can not locate an alternate file, we will notify you and discuss possible art charges to redraw your artwork.

If the logo or art you require is a common logo or emblem, it is possible we will have it on file already, for example: Boy Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs, Little League, or other common emblems we might have on file already, in which case we will notify the customer.

• If you are attaching your engraving info
  

We can most likely open any type of file you have, if in doubt, attach what you have and if it is a problem we will contact the customer.

A few of the accepted file types are listed below.

• Microsoft Word
• Excel Spreadsheet
• Office Word
• Text File
• PDF

• If you are attaching a photo

• Please attach the highest quality file you have.

• High resolution digital photos are recommended
  

• We can work off scanned photos but the finished product can only look as good as the file you attach.
